Common questions

  • Absolutely. FIKA coaching is tailored to your level, whether you’re just getting started or want to take your training further. Many clients already enjoy exercise but want structure, accountability, and progress.

  • Not at all. FIKA specialises in helping women build confidence in the gym. Sessions are supportive, beginner-friendly, and focused on helping you learn good technique at your own pace.

  • If you want in-person sessions, choose 1:1 Personal Training. If you prefer to train solo but need structure, Training Plans are best. If you want both, All-In Coaching gives you the complete package. And lastly, if you're not sure (lots of people aren't!), we can figure that out together.

  •  At two locations near Cheltenham: GL52 Fitness, a large gym close to town. And Elkstone Studios, a countryside gym around 15 mins drive from Cheltenham.
