What to expect from training with FIKA

I believe that everyone is individual and so your personal training should be exactly that – personal. Every session we do together is 1:1, completely designed around where you’re starting and where you want to go. We’ll focus on strength and resistance training, helping you build confidence with weights, improve your fitness, and feel stronger in your everyday life.

Location

Our sessions will take place at either GL52 Fitness or Elkstone Studios in Cheltenham. Super welcoming, independent gym with everything we need for our time together.

Getting Started

Getting started with FIKA is simple. First, we’ll have a free telephone consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure that the coaching is a good fit. Next, we’ll schedule a free fundamentals session in the gym where we’ll focus on some basics and how we can tailor your sessions to suit you.
