Training Plans
For those who love the gym but want more structure, accountability and support.
A FI:KA Training Plan is a tailored weekly exercise programme built around your specific goals - whether that’s lifting more weight, running faster or finding the right balance of both. You’ll access this via an app and can easily follow the workouts in the gym.
This is ideal for people who already feel confident training solo but want the extra support and accountability of having a coach in their corner. Each week, you’ll check-in via a short pulse survey and have a regular touchpoint with me (in-person or over a call) to review progress and tweak the plan as needed.
Think of it as your own personalised training roadmap, designed completely around you and your goals.

1:1 Personal Training
For anyone who wants regular, in-person support in the gym. You might be just starting out, unsure of where to begin or simply want the accountability having someone by your side each week.
1:1 Personal Training is in-person coaching, built entirely around you. You’ll meet with me in the gym for focused, one-to-one sessions as often as you like. Whether that’s once a week or more. Each session is designed to help you train with purpose, build strength and confidence and make steady progress, without overthinking it.We’ll work hard during our time together - moving with intention, building consistent habits and challenging you to achieve more each session. There’s space to talk through whatever else might be helpful, like sleep, nutrition or routine. You turn up, we train and you leave feeling clearer, stronger and more capable.
This option is ideal if you want the structure and accountability of a regular session, without needing extra support outside of the gym.

Hybrid Coaching
For those who want the best of both worlds… in-person sessions with me, combined with a tailored training plan and regular check-ins to keep you on track outside of the gym.
With Hybrid Coaching, you’ll get the hands on, face-to-face coaching you need to stay motivated and get stronger in the gym. But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also receive your weekly training plan, designed around your goals and ongoing support to ensure you’re making progress beyond our sessions. This includes, regular check-ins, voice notes and any adjustments needed to keep you moving forward.
We’ll work together to build a routine that fits your life and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re training for a specific goal or just want to feel stronger and more confident, Hybrid Coaching gives you the structure and flexibility you need to succeed.
