What to expect from training with FI:KA
Location
Sessions take place at either GL52 Fitness or Elkstone Studio in Cheltenham. With everything we need for strength, performance, and endurance training. Whether you’re hitting new PBs or fine-tuning your technique, Both locations provide a comfortable, motivating atmosphere where we can focus on what matters.
Prices
Great coaching is about strategic programming, personalised guidance and ongoing support that ensures you stay on track toward your goals. The pricing reflects the level of expertise and dedication you’ll receive, with flexible options ranging from £225 to £525 per month. Getting Started
Starting your journey with FI:KA is all about ensuring we’re a perfect fit for each other and setting you up for success from the get-go. We begin with a free telephone consultation to chat about your goals, your current training routine, and how I can best support your ambitions. From there, we’ll schedule a fundamentals session, in the gym, where we’ll dive into the specifics of your fitness goals, your training preferences, and any areas you’d like to work on.
