Welcome to The Hub
I created The Hub to make strength training and fitness feel less overwhelming for women in Cheltenham and beyond. Because I know how overwhelming it can all feel. And that’s not just the gym itself, but all of it! The conflicting advice, your own internal pressure to stay motivated, the feeling that somehow you’re failing at something that everyone else can just do.
Over the last few years, I’ve had hundreds of conversations with women who feel held back by one simple thing: a lack of trusted, helpful information about where to start. The fitness industry loves to gatekeep and, in doing so, often makes training feel far more complicated than it needs to be.
I wanted to create a space that makes strength training, fitness and exercise feel more approachable, simple and far less intimidating.
Not everyone is ready for Coaching straight away. So, The Hub brings together elements of the things I Coach.
Some of what you’ll find here is practical. Things like how to structure a workout, understand strength training or feel more confident walking into the gym. Some of it is mindset, consistency and the real-life side of trying to build fitness around work, children, stress and all the rest of it.
Mostly, I just want this space to feel helpful. Enjoy!

Why strength training matters far beyond aesthetics
Strength training has benefits that go so far beyond aesthetics. Yes, it can help change body composition, but it also supports bone health, muscle mass, confidence, longevity and the way women experience their bodies as they age. This is far more than “toning”. It’s about building a body that feels capable, resilient and supported for the long term.
