Your Coaching Journey

1. A Coaching Chat
We talk about where you’re at — your goals, your confidence, your routines and what’s been getting in the way. From here, we decide together whether the monthly Coaching Plan is right for you, or if the Starter Plan is a better first step.

2. Your Personalised Plan
If you join the Coaching Plan, you’ll get a tailored strength programme built around your real life. If you begin with the Starter Plan, you’ll get a structured 6-week plan to build confidence and rhythm at your own pace.

3. Accountability, Weekly Check-Ins & Support
With the Coaching plan, You’ll have weekly check-ins and message support so you always know what you’re doing and why — and never feel like you’re doing it alone.

4. Optional In-Person Sessions
When you want extra guidance or technique support, you can book an in-person session at a time that suits you.

The Starter Plan

A personalised, confidence-building plan to help you find your rhythm before moving into weekly coaching.

If you want structure, clarity and direction, but don’t feel ready for weekly coaching just yet, the Starter Plan gives you a simple, supportive way to begin. It helps you get comfortable in the gym, build consistency at your own pace, and create the foundations you need to move into coaching when you’re ready.

What’s included:

  • A personalised 6-week programme based on your goals, level and schedule

  • Clear guidance each week so you know what to do and how to progress

  • A check-in at the start and end (no weekly coaching)

  • Optional in-person session if you want extra confidence in the gym

  • A smooth route into the Coaching Plan if and when you want more support

If you’d like some hands-on guidance or a little confidence boost in the gym, you’re welcome to book an in-person session at either location. It’s simply an optional add-on you can use whenever it feels helpful.

  • Absolutely. FIKA coaching is tailored to your level, whether you’re just getting started or want to take your training further. Many clients already enjoy exercise but want structure, accountability, and progress.

  • Not at all. FIKA specialises in helping women build confidence in the gym. Sessions are supportive, beginner-friendly, and focused on helping you learn good technique at your own pace.

  • The Coaching Plan is weekly coaching — personalised training, ongoing support, weekly check-ins and adjustments to keep you consistent.
    The Starter Plan is a personalised 6-week programme with fewer touchpoints — ideal if you want structure and confidence first, before moving into full coaching.
    We’ll decide together which route feels right for you after your Coaching Chat.

  • Coaching is mostly self-guided — you train in your own gym, at a time that suits you, using the personalised plan I create for you. We stay connected through weekly check-ins and messages, so you’re never doing it alone. If you are local and ever want hands-on support, you can book an in-person session at one of my Cheltenham locations.
